School + State Finance Project is a wonderful business parter. First and foremost, they add an incredible amount of value and good will to the State of Connecticut. Secondly, they have such amazing insight into their audience and what makes most sense for their usability.
We were fortunate enough to be able to extend our partnership with School + State Finance Project as they were in the market to redesign their Resource Center. This was quite a complex initiative, because we effectively had to create an intricate database that could house all of the organization’s “Resources”, but also build a robust search that flexibly searched by, “Keyword”, “Category”, and “Years”. All of this content needed to be indexed, but also interconnected to be readily accessed by users. One of the key steps to this process was to prototype the technical feasibility and develop an MVP so we could safely validate our budget and not whack SSFP with a large fee filled with unknowns.
Our team was responsible for:
Concepting
Prototyping
UI/UX Design
Development & Implementation
QA & Launch
After launch, in addition to every experience metric positively increasing, the client was being continuously complimented by their users on what a fantastic experience this was. An even sweeter compliment because this was a refresh and redesign versus a “build from scratch”.
We kicked off Westhill with a Discovery and go-to-market strategy workshop to help reverse engineer what’s been done to date, and chart a new path forward.
The work with Viridian manifested itself into a series of Sales enablement materials, a Brand Acceleration Kit, and a long scrolling website experience.
